McDonald’s New Zealand Just Launched A Meatatarian Menu
Many in the world are turning their noses up at meat to become vegans, or – at the very least – cutting down their intake of red meat and focusing on chicken and fish. However, there is still a healthy collection of carnivores who begin to drool when they think of a nice, juicy hamburger or a big fat steak. After their Create Your Own Flavour campaign fiasco, McDonald’s New Zealand is looking to attract customers with a ‘Meatatarian Menu’.
The Meatatarian Menu
McDonald’s New Zealand introduced their new menu with a post on Instagram, introducing customers to ‘The Full Meaty’.
This carnivorous concoction has two beef patties, a fried chicken part and six strips of bacon. There’s also the chicken bacon meaty, which looks like it has two chicken patties, strips of bacon and two slices of cheese:
This isn’t that first time McDonald’s has created massive mouthfuls of burgers – think back to the Big Mac which is its signature item. However, while the Big Mac has a slice of bread between two patties these McDonalds’s New Zealand burgers are all meat.
