- 700 g cod
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup corn chips coarsely crushed
- for garnish
- avocado (peeled pitted and sliced)
- sour cream
- Green chilies
- Ripe olives

Instructions
- Place the fish fillets in a greased 8"x12" baking dish.
- Pour the salsa over the top, and then sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheese.
- Top everything with the crushed corn chips.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400°F until fish flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes.
- Garnish and serve.
