Oktoberfest at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore

Hyatt Centric MG Road has launched a special Oktoberfest menu at Liquid Bar featuring a selection of beer and delicious authentic German fare.

In true Bavarian tradition, the menu curated for the festival features array of mouthwatering sausages, burgers and Flammkuchen or German pizzas. The choice of mains – Sauerbrate, marinated beef served with pan gravy, Geflügelragout, German roast chicken stew with port or red wine gravy, and Sausage Casserole, mixed German sausages with sweet peppers are served with Spätzle and Knödel. For desserts there is Apfel streusel with cinnamon ice cream and Guglhupf with Alsace cream.

And what would Oktoberfest be without an endless flow of beer to accompany your meal? They’ve got some amazing offers on buckets of beer, or you can even go for an unlimited beer option for INR 999++. So, it’s going to be a treat!
