Ingredients
- cup ½unroasted rava/suji/fine semolina
- cup ½rice flour
- cup ¼maida/all purpose flour
- 1 green chili/hari mirch chopped
- 1 medium sized onion/pyaaz finely chopped
- inch ½ginger/adrak finely chopped
- 8-9 curry leaves/kadi patta chopped
- 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- tsp ½crushed black pepper
- tsp ½cumin seeds
- 1.5 cups to 2water or as required
- salt as required
- oil or ghee or butter for frying the dosa

Instructions
- In a bow, mix all the ingredients except oil
- Keep the bowl aside for 30 to 4 minutes.
- Heat a dosa tava or a non-stick pan and add one or 2 tsp oil and spread.
- With a ladle pour the batter onto the pan from the edges towards the center
- Sprinle 1 tsp of oil on top.
- Once the base becomes golden or crisp, flip the dosa
- Once cooked, remove dosa.
- Repeat for all dosa.
- Needs to be served immediately.
