Achari Paneer is an absolute treat for your taste buds. An extremely easy dish to make, the onions are blended together with ginger, garlic and chillies to form a thick paste. This tangy curry tastes best when eaten with roti or naan.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg cubed paneer
- 100 ml Oil
- 4 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 tsp black mustard seeds
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 tsp onion seeds
- 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4 ground onions
- 8 green chillies chopped
- 2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3 tsp Ginger paste
- 200 ml plain yogurt whipped
- 3 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- A few sprigs of coriander for garnishing.

Instructions
- Heat the oil.
- Once hot, fry the fennel, fenugreek, onion and cumin seeds for 15 seconds.
- Add the onions and green chillies and fry until the onions are golden.
- Add the turmeric powder, garlic and ginger paste and sautee for a minute.
- Add yogurt, dry mango powder, chilli powder and salt to taste.
- Cook for a minute or two.
- Add paneer and water.
- Cook for another two minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl.
- Garnish with coriander.
Recipe Notes
Serve with rice or naan.
