Ingredients
- 700 g fish cut into 1” cubes
- 2 tbsp ghee or olive oil
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 400 ml tomatoes chopped
- 1 small bunch fresh coriander
- 2 green chili peppers
- Juice of two limes
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 2 tbsp balti masala
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- ½ cup coconut cream

Instructions
- Heat the ghee/oil in a balti dish.
- Add the chopped onions and fry over medium high heat for about then minutes.
- Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for two minutes.
- Pour in the chopped tomatoes along with the balti masala and cumin.
- Put the coriander, lime juice and green chilies in a small blender puree.
- Add the coriander mixture to the fish balti and then add the yogurt one tablespoon at a time stirring continuously.
- Add fish and coconut cream, bring to boil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve.
