Instructions
Mix flour, wheat flour, sugar, salt, and butter with the mashed banana.
Add a little water and knead into a tough dough.
Divide into approximately 10 balls and roll out into small discs of half-centimeter thickness.

Fry puris, in batches of 2-3 puris, till golden brown.
Drain and remove onto an absorbent paper.
