Barm Brack
According to Food & Wine, this creamy, spiced drink honors an Irish Halloween bread called barm brack, which contains currants and raisins. Traditionally, various objects—a coin, a ring, a pea—were baked inside the loaf as a kind of fortune-telling game. Pretty interesting right?

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Irish Single Malt Whiskey
- 1 tsp all spice rum
- 2/3 ounce toasted raisin syrup
- 1/2 ounce heavy cream
- 1 1 egg yolk
- pinch Salt
- ground nutmeg for garnish

Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled snifter and garnish with the nutmeg.
