Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole Recipe

                - cup ½bread crumbs
 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tablespoons butter melted
 - teaspoon ½Italian Seasoning
 
        For casserole    
                - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - cup ¼grated Parmesan cheese
 - 16 ounces broccoli florets chopped to bite sized pieces
 - 16 ounces cauliflower florets chopped to bite sized pieces
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 1 large onion chopped
 - 2 tablespoons flour
 - 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
 - teaspoon ¼pepper
 - 1 cups ¼Milk
 - 4 ounces cream cheese cubed

    Instructions
    
                - Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter and the Italian seasoning in small bowl. Set aside.
 - Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add in the onions and saute till the onions are golden.
 - Add in the two tablespoons of flour slowly, stirring. Let it bubble for a minute with you stirring it.
 - Pour the milk, still stirring constantly.
 - Add the garlic salt, seasoning and pepper.
 - Slowly add the broccoli and cauliflower and cook for a further three minutes.
 - Remove from heat and add the cream cheese cubes and Parmesan.
 - Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the bread crumb mixture.
 - Bake until top is golden brown and bubbly. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
