Butter Corn Recipe
A scrumptious snack preparation, the Butter Corn or Cup Corn is essentially American sweet corns mixed with butter, salt and pepper. If you like the occasional zing then you could even add a dash of lime juice and a pinch of red chili powder or Tabasco.

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled corn kernel
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- salt to taste
- tsp ¼pepper powder
- tsp ½chaat masala optional

Instructions
- Break the whole corn into two, so it fits into pressure cooker. Submerge the corn in water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles on medium heat.
- Turn off the stove, let the pressure go down by itself.
- Open the lid, remove the corn and let it cool down.
- Once it is cool, remove the corn kernels.
- Add butter, salt, pepper, chaat masala and lemon juice.
- Mix everything well and make sure the butter is coated evenly to the kernels.
- Serve.

Spice up your corn with more spices, or crank up the taste quotient with ingredients like crispy bacon, onions, tomatoes, etc.
