Ingredients
- 3 cups Zucchini shredded
- 1 onion thinly sliced and diced
- 2 eggs beaten
- 250 g corn muffin mix
- ½ tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp seasoned salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dill freshly chopped
- 350 g sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
- Grease a 2l casserole dish and preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients keeping 100 gram cheese aside for garnishing.
- Evenly spread the mix in the casserole dish and top with reserved cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.
- Serve.
