Ingredients
- 2 Whole chicken with skin
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3/4 cup Vinegar
- 1 tsp Meat tenderizer
- chat masala as required

Instructions
- Soak chicken for 1 hour in a pot filled with water.
- After an hour add lemon juice, ginger/garl;ic paste, meat tenderizer, salt and vinegar in the pot and leave the chicken to soak for another hour.
- Take chicken out of the pot and bake in pre heated oven at 180 degree C for 45 minutes.
- Take chicken sajji out of the oven; sprinkle chat masala and lemon over it and serve.
