Chinese Style Maggi Recipe
Okay, okay. So this is the more Indian version of Chinese we’re talking about but we can’t do without a little of our own touch can we? Especially when it comes to Maggi!

Ingredients
- 2 packets maggi masala
- 1/4 cup sliced cabbage
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup julienned carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 tbsp sliced scallions
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp schezwan chutney
- 3/4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp hot and sweet tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Prep the vegetables and in a bowl mix together all the sauces along with two tastemakers from maggi packets and keep aside.
- Cook the maggi according to packet instructions and set aside.
- Now heat the oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic, cooking them for about half a minute.
- Add onions and carrots first and saute them till onions lose their colour and carrots are tender.
- At this point, at the remaining vegetables and only half the amount of scallions.
- Mix well and let the vegetables cook for a few minutes.
- Add the sauce mix once the vegetables are cooked and mix well.
- Add the cooked maggi and again mix well.
- You can add a sprinkle of water if required.
- Now once the maggi blends with the vegetables gravy, transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish with the remaining scallions and serve hot.
