Cold Thai Pasta Salad

Ingredients
For the salad
- 12 ounces linguine or preferred pasta
- 1 pound small shrimps cooked
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh coriander chopped
For the sauce
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Asian chili paste

Instructions
- Cook the linguine for ten minutes in lightly salted boiling water. Drain the water.
- Put the linguine in a serving bowl and add the shrimp, bean sprouts, red pepper, cucumber, onions, mint and coriander.
- Toss to combine.
- Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Serve after ten minutes.
