Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 whole fresh mushrooms
- 1 package cream cheese softened
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms well and remove the stems. Chop the stems finely and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat oil and add garlic and chopped stems and sauté till cooked. Let it cool.
- Fold in the parmesan and cream cheese into the mushroom mixture. Add the onion powder, black pepper powder, cayenne pepper and salt and mix well.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the filling using a spoon.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes and serve!
