Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber grated and squeezed
- 60 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mint Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- 1 tbsp curd
- Salt
- black pepper powder
- 1 small Onion sliced
- 1 small tomato sliced
- ¼ each Red Yellow and Green Bell Pepper, de-seeded and sliced
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- tsp ½oregano
- 2 Pita bread
- 1 tsp butter

Instructions
- For Cucumber Spread: In a bowl add cucumber, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, curd, salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth mixture is formed.
- In another bowl mix together onion, tomato, bell peppers, garlic, oregano, remaining mint mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- On a pita bread apply cucumber spread and on other pita bread place the vegetable mixture. Club both slices together.
- Heat butter in non-stick pan (medium flame) and grill sandwich from both sides for 1-2 minute or till golden brown in colour. Cut and serve hot.
