Emma Scalloped Oysters Recipe

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 pint oysters
- 2 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
- 2/3 cup light cream
- 1 1/2 tso Worcestshire sauce
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.
- Butter a baking dish with two tablespoons of butter.
- Drain the oysters and layer half of them in the bottle of the pan.
- Cover this layer with the cracker crumbs.
- Cover the crumbs with the remaining oysters.
- Whisk together the cream, worcestshire sauce, melted butter, salt and pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the layer of oysters and cover with the crumbs.
- Bake for 45 minutes and serve.
