The Secret Seven wouldn’t be the same without the quintessential ginger biscuits and lemonade wouldn’t they? The meeting of the seven was a weekly ritual down at the shed that belonged to Peter and Janet. They would wear a badge, have a password and met frequently once a mystery started lurking around the corner. So let’s make ourselves some lemonade and refresh the good old days.

Instructions
The sugar in this recipe can be adjusted according to how sweet you need your lemonade and of course honey can be used as a healthier alternative.
Start off by combining the water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once the sugar is dissolved, keep the mixture aside to cool completely and then refrigerate for half an hour.
Squeeze out the lemon juice removing the seeds but leaving the pulp.
Add the lemon juice to the chilled sugar syrup and mix well.
If the sugar is too much you can always add more water and lemon juice to level the sweetness.
