- 20 gms brown rice
- 50 gms Boneless fish
- 30 gms onion make a paste
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Green chilly paste
- 2-3 pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Cut the fish into pieces and mix with onion paste, salt, green chilli paste and pepper powder.
- 2. Shallow fry in oil until golden brown.
- Heat oil in a pan, stir fry rice, turmeric and ginger for a few minutes.
- Add sufficient water to the rice and cook till its three-fourths ready.
- Add fish pieces, mix well and cook the rice until it is done.
