FRIENDS Monica’s Salmon Mousse Recipe
Out of the FRIENDS crew, Monica (unsurprisingly) is the most accomplished chef. We’d love to have her as a friend; she’s constantly whipping up delicacies in her kitchen to test on the rest of the gang. Every time we watch the series, we wish we had a place at her table – apart from that time she was making things out of Mockolate…
Monica’s Salmon Mousse
Fake chocolate aside, we really really want a taste of Monica’s kitchen. So, we’ve scoured the net to replicate some of her dishes; we’ve already shared a recipe for her mac and cheese – today we’re sharing a recipe for her salmon mousse:
Monica: Is it better than the other salmon mousse?
Joey: It’s creamier.
Monica: Yeah, well, is that better?
Joey: I don’t know. We’re talking about whipped fish, Monica. I’m just happy I’m keeping it down, ya know?
We don’t think you’ll have any trouble keeping this mousse down. It’s light, airy and tastes great on crackers and bread as a vegetable dip. Serve it as an appetiser before lunch or dinner.
