Full House Chocolate Cake Recipe

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsps baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
- Begin making the chocolate cake by preheating the oven at 350°F and meanwhile grease two round cake moulds.
- Stir the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl till combined and add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and blend using a hand mixture for about two minutes.
- Add in boiling water and mix it all up.
- Pour the batter in the moulds and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes and check it with a toothpick.
- Once done, cool the cake in the pan for about 10 mins and then remove and cool completely on the wire rack and serve.
- You can ice the cake with chocolate icing once it has cooled completely and then refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
