Fuller House Pork Fried Rice Recipe
Right in the beginning of Ramona’s Not So Epic Party, Fernando brings in a wrong cake and to show his series of hilarious stupidity he even has a tattoo that says in Chinese ‘Pork Fried Rice’. He covers up by saying that he loves the dish, well we don’t blame him. Maybe we’ll get the name of our favourite dish tattooed. Maybe not!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
- 3/4 pound barbecued pork leave some aside for garnish
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 diced carrot
- 1 sliced bok choy
- 4 beaten eggs
- 6 cups short grain rice
- 2 thinly sliced scallions
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger

Instructions
- Mix soy, rice vinegar, sesame oil and sugar together till well combined.
- In a skillet, add the shortening and allow it to melt.
- Now stir fry the pork in it for about a minute.
- Add in the vegetables and fry.
- Once the vegetables are tender, mix in the eggs till they are scrambled.
- Lastly, add the rice, scallions, the soy mix along with pepper.
- Mix and continue to stir fry.
- Once done, remove from heat and season with salt.
- Mix well and served pickled ginger and sliced pork on top.
