Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup Almond Butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pureed prunes

Instructions
- Using parchment paper, line a baking tray.
- Mix together the oats, quinoa, chia seeds, almonds, cherries and chocolate in a bowl.
- Place a saucepan on a low flame and heat up the almond butter, honey, coconut oil along with half a teaspoon of salt while stirring constantly till you get a smooth texture.
- Add the prune puree and give it a good mix.
- Now pour this entire mixture on top of the oats mixture and stir well.
- Using your hands, form this granola mixture into bars and put them on the baking tray.
- Refrigerate for about an hour and once set, put them in an airtight container and back into the refrigerator for storing.
