Grilled Fish Recipe
In Indian cooking, fish is generally prepared in a curry or by being fried. However, grilling it is a healthy method of cooking it and allowing its natural flavour to shine through.
Rather than seasoning the fish with European grilling flavours such as lime and olive oil, this recipe calls for the fish to marinade in Indian spices. Serve the grilled fish with some chutney for a deliciously, healthy Indian starter!
