For The Cake
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 80 grams butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 egg

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and mix the flour, sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
- Add the vanilla essence, buttermilk and stir.
- Lightly beat the egg, add it to the flour mixture and combine well.
- Add the mixture into small baking moulds, the creative the containers, the better.
- Leave a little space for the rising of the cake and the sauce.
- Mix the brown sugar and cocoa in a bowl and add to the top of the cake mix.
- Pour boiling water on top of this and place the moulds in the oven.
- Bake for about 45 minutes and check with a toothpick to see if its cooked.
