Indian Tandoori Fish Recipe
Cooking a protein or vegetable in a tandoor oven is an immensely popular method of cooking in India. In North India especially, tandoors are used to prepare chicken, vegetables and fish.
This tandoori fish recipe is a simple process that requires fish to marinade in a combination of spices for a few hours. After preparing it, the fish has a beautifully spicy and smoky flavour.
Serve tandoori fish as a starter with chutney as a main course with naan or rotis.
