- 60 gram Rice flour
- 40 gram dark chocolate
- 20 gram desiccated coconut
- 30 ml Water
- 2 gram almond flakes
- 1 banana leaf

Instructions
- Make dough with rice flour and water.
- Divide in six equal portions and make balls and role each ball and stuff it with chocolate.
- Cook in steam for about six minutes.
- Dust with desiccated coconut. Garnish with roasted almond flakes. Serve hot in steamer basket on the bed of banana leaf.
