- 1 cup Pearl Millet / Bajra /Kambu
- 2½ cups Water
- ½ tsp Salt

Instructions
- Wash the pearl millet in cool water. Soak it in a cup of water for 15 minutes
- Put the soaked pearl millet in a food processor and pulse until the grains break down
- Pour the millet into a pressure cooker, and add one and a half cups of water
- Add the salt to the millet and stir
- Put the lid on the pressure cooker and cook the millet on a medium flame until the cooker whistles 5 times
- Allow the steam to escape from the cooker and then take of the lid
- Spoon the choru onto a plate and enjoy it hot!
Recipe Notes
Kambu Choru can be served with pickle or any curry.
