Khajoor Modak Recipe

Ingredients
- 20 dates
- 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp ghee

Instructions
- Heat the ghee in a pan on medium flame and lightly roast the nuts in it.
- Keep the roasted nuts to cool and meanwhile deseed the dates.
- As soon as the nuts cool down, grind them coarsely so that they remain a chunky texture.
- Now, grind the dates separately to make a paste.
- Grease your hands with ghee and combine the nuts and the date paste together.
- Make modaks with hands or put them in greased modak moulds to form a neat modak shape.
- Demold the modaks and serve.
