Ingredients
- 40 gm of kokum
- 300 ml of Water
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 5 gm of Ginger crushed
- 1 green chilly chopped
- 1/2 tbsp of Asafotida
- 2 gm of coriander leaves (chopped
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Soak all the ingredients overnight or for a few hours. Lightly squeeze the kokum in the water to extricate the juice.
- Strain, add salt and sugar to taste.
