Instructions
- Cook the rice and set aside.
- Wash and grind the coriander along with ginger and green chillies and keep the paste aside.
- Heat a pan with oil and add cumin seeds. When the seeds begin to splutter, add onions and fry until the onions turn translucent.
- Add the ground paste and salt as required and saute until the oil separates.
- Mix the fried paste with rice and serve hot.
