Kung Pao chicken is a traditional Chinese dish served up with a sweet and sour kick. Although the preparation of the dish differs from country to country, the essence of the dish remains the same. It is one of the easiest dishes to make.
We decided to try out a different variation of the same sauce by switching up the chicken with some prawns. The prawns gives it a different flavour, and as they say prawns is the best flavour from the depths of the ocean. Try this easy kung pao shrimp recipe and give your lunch or dinner an asian kick.
