Little Things Keema Biryani Recipe
The Biryani Monster aka Kavya is having a bad day at work but so is Dhruv. But having caused a wreak in the morning, he decided to cheer her up by sending a keema biryani. We’re tucking into some while watching this episode, how about you?

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups basmati
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 5 pods Cardamom
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 stick cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 diced onion
- 5 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 1 minced green chilli
- 3 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 2 = Diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1/4 cup Chopped coriander
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves

Instructions
- Let the rice soak in water for about half an hour.
- Add oil to the cooker and roast the whole spices in it for about a minute.
- To this add meat, onions, green chilli, ginger and garlic and stir.
- Once the meat turns browns add the powdered spices.
- Give it a good stir and add tomatoes.
- Cook for another five minutes and add soaked and rinsed rice.
- Without mixing add water, mint and coriander.
- Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook on high for 5-6 minutes.
- Once the pressure is released open the cooker, give the biryani a stir and serve hot.
