Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup raw mangoes peeled and chopped
- 1 cup jaggery grated
- pinch Aof salt
- 1 1/2 tsp neem flowers
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1/4 cup Water
For seasoning
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 3 Red chilies
- pinch aof Hing
- pinch Aof salt

Instructions
- Dissolve the jaggery in the water and sieve.
- In a small about of water (1/2 cup), cook the mango pieces until they become mushy
- Boil the jagery water for two to three minutes and then stir in the mango
- Add the salt and boil the mixture on a medium flame.
- While boiling, fry the mustard seeds, red chilies, hing and salt in a separate pan.
- Once the mango jaggery mixture thickens, pour the fried seasoning over it.
- Serve!
