Ingredients
- 2 cups raw mango chopped
- cup ½powdered jaggery
- 1 tsp Rice flour mixed with 3water
- tsp ¼Turmeric Powder
- salt to taste
- For Tempering
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 Red chilies
- Few curry leaves
- pinch Aof Hing/asafetida
- 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Soak jaggery in warm water and crush it well.
- Heat it up until it is slightly thick. Strain and keep aside.
- Immerse chopped mango in water in a pan and let it cook for few minutess until mangoes become soft.
- Add jaggery syrup.
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Let the mangoes blend properly with the jaggery syrup.
- Add the rice flour paste and allow it to boil for 2 minutes on a low flame.
- In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, red chilies, asafetida and curry leaves and let them splutter. Add to the mangos.
- Serve.
