Mango Ginger Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup ⁄2nonfat plain yogurt or 1⁄2non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (optional but if you are using plain yogurt you are more apt to use)
- 1 cup ⁄2cold water
- 3 teaspoon ⁄4minced crystallized ginger or 3⁄4peeled fresh ginger
