Matar Paneer Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups of paneer
- 2 cups of green peas
- 3-4 green chillies
- 2 cups of onions
- 1 tbsp of garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp of Ginger chopped
- 1/3 cup of tomato purée
- 1/4 cup of Oil
- 2 tbsp of Cumin seeds
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tbsp of Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp of Salt
- 1/2 tbsp of garam masala
- 1 tbsp of red pepper powdered
- 1 tbsp of coriander seeds powdered

Instructions
- Grind the onions, garlic and ginger to a paste.
- Heat oil and add the cumin seeds and the bay leaves.
- Add onion paste and saute well.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric, salt, garam masala, red pepper and the coriander powder, and stir-fry it well.
- Add the peas, paneer and the green chillies and mix it well.
- Add two cups water and allow it to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
