McDonald’s Style Egg McMuffin Recipe
One of the most popular items on the McDonald’s breakfast menu is the Egg McMuffin. It’s made by placing a cracked egg on a toasted English muffin and then topping that with butter, bacon and cheese creating a delicious all rounded breakfast in one bite.
The History of the McMuffin
In early October, McDonald’s launched a new web series; ‘What’s Cooking’ – the first episode explored the history of the McMuffin.
The first McMuffin has its origins in Santa Barbara when an Egg Benedict lover, Herb Peterson had an egg ring made to create hand held Eggs benedict.
