Ingredients
- 250 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 300 g yellow and white whole kernel corn drained
- 300 g Mexicorn drained
- 100 g pepper Jack cheese shredded
- cup ¼green onions chopped
- 100 g Green chilies chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
- cup ¾mayonnaise
- cup ¾sour cream
- 1/8 tsp sugar
- Additional chopped green onions optional
- Tortilla or corn chips

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cheeses, kernel corn, mexicorn, green onions, chilies and jalapeno pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar and stir into corn mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Sprinkle with additional green onions.
- Serve with chips.
