Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cook ground beef (or turkey) according to instructions on taco seasoning package.
  3. Stir in the salsa and cooked corn. Remove mixture from heat.
  4. Unroll crescent rolls onto large ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of meat mixture onto unrolled crescent rolls.
  6. Roll crescent rolls tightly.
  7. Cook in preheated oven for approximately 10-11 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  10. Replace in oven until cheese is melted, about a minute.
  11. Remove from oven, and top with dollop of sour cream.
  12. Serve.
