- 6 cans evaporated milk 350g
- 4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- pinch Aof cayenne pepper
- 2 bags semisweet chocolate chips 350g
- cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, whisk together milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Stir until chocolate is melted.
- Cover and turn heat to low for 5 minutes.
- Dust off some cocoa powder.
- Serve.
