Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the uncooked beef, beans, chili powder and oregano.
  2. Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells.
  3. Grease a baking tray and arrange the shells in it.
  4. Combine water and picante sauce; pour over shells. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
  6. Cover and bake at 350° for an hour.
  7. Uncover; spoon sour cream over the top and sprinkle with cheese, onions and olives.
  8. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until the cheese has melted.
  9. Serve.
