Ingredients
- 450 g lean ground beef
- 450 g refried beans
- 2 tsp ½chili powder
- 1 tsp ½dried oregano
- 200 g uncooked manicotti shells
- 2 cups ½Water
- 450 g picante sauce
- 450 g sour cream
- 100 g Monterey Jack or Mexican cheese blend shredded
- cup ¼green onions sliced
- Sliced ripe olives optional

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the uncooked beef, beans, chili powder and oregano.
- Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells.
- Grease a baking tray and arrange the shells in it.
- Combine water and picante sauce; pour over shells. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
- Cover and bake at 350° for an hour.
- Uncover; spoon sour cream over the top and sprinkle with cheese, onions and olives.
- Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve.
