Mint And Peanuts

Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Peanuts with skins
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves
- 2 Green chilies
- piece Aof tamarind
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
- 1 red chili halved
- 1/2 tsp split urad dal
- pinch aof Hing

Instructions
- Dry roast the peanuts in a pan.
- Once the peanuts begin to brown add the sesame seeds and roast them as well.
- Remove the peanuts and seeds from the stove and allow them to cool.
- Fry the green chilies mint leaves and salt in the oil until the milt leaved begin to wilt.
- Remove the mix from the stove and allow them to cool.
- Put the peanuts, seeds and leaves in a grinder.
- Add the tamarind and grind the mixture to a smooth paste.
- Add a few drops of water if required.
- Fry the mustard seeds, red chili, urad dal and hing in a tablespoon of oil.
- Once the dal begins to turn golden, add the ground chutney and mix well.
- Take it off the stove and serve.
