Instructions
- कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करके उसमें प्याज़ को धीमी आँच पर भुन लें।
- आँच बढ़ाकर मीट के टुकड़ों को १ मिनट के लिए भुनें।
- अब आँच धीमी करके कढ़ाई में मैदा डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाँए।
- पानी डालकर उबालें और उबाल पर लाकर पकाँए जब तक मटन आधा पक जाए।
- अब फ़्रेंच बीन, आलू, गाजर, नमक, गोल मिर्च, और जायफल डालकर उबाल पर पकाँए।
- परोसें।
