Ingredients
- 1 cup Sabudana
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 8 Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 cup Grated coconut
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp ghee
- rock salt to taste

Instructions
- Soak the sabudana overnight.
- Drain the next morning and keep aside.
- Boil the potatoes and remove the skin.
- Crush the roasted peanuts coarsely and add to the sabudana with salt and sugar.
- Heat ghee in a medium sized pan and add cumin.
- Once the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves, green chillies and ginger.
- Cook for half a minute and add the chopped potatoes and cook for two minutes.
- Add the sabudana mixture and stir constantly.
- Once the sabudana loose their colour add the coconut and turn off the heat.
- Put the khichdi into serving bowls and drizzle lemon juice over each one.
