New Year’s Eve Jello Shots Recipe
Since strawberries are easily available and oh-so-yummy, why not include them in our drunken new year’s eve house party? You can either pour the jello liquid into the hollowed out strawberries like in the recipe but if you’re finding it too tough them mash the strawberry keeping it chunky are add to the jello liquid before refrigeration.

- 2 pints large strawberries
- 3 ounce strawberry jello powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 ounces tequila
- 2 ounces margarita mix
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 lime

Instructions
- Remove the grit from strawberries by rinsing them well and the cut of the bottom portions so that the fruit can stand but making sure you don't make a hole.
- Cut off the leafy part and scoop out the insides to make space enough for the liquid.
- Boil some water and pour it into the jello powder kept in a bowl and stir for two minutes.
- In a sipper bottle or a cocktail mixer add ice cubes, tequila, margarita mix and cold water and shake it up for 5 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail mix into the jello mixture and stir it.
- Fill the strawberries with the liquid and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour or till the jello sets.
- Once done, rim the strawberries with sugar and cut a dainty lime wedges and place on each strawberry.
