Ingredients
- 6 ounce bittersweet chocolate
- 2 ounce semisweet chocolate
- 10 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp nut liquer optional

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Grease 6 (6-ounce) soufflé dishes.
- Melt the chocolates, Nutella and butter in the microwave, or in a double boiler.
- Add the flour, sugar, eggs, and yolks to chocolate mixture.
- Now stir in the vanilla.
- Divide the batter evenly among the greased cups.
- Place in the oven and bake for exactly 14 minutes.
- Run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto dessert plates.
- Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
