Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Quick cook oats
- 1/4 cup Rice flour
- 1/4 cup Wheat flour
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp chopped Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 onion chopped
- tablespoons A fewof oil for greasing the pan
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except onion- adding enough water to make a thin batter.
- Heat half teaspoon of oil in a pan and sprinkle the onions.
- Pour a ladle full of batter to make dosa.
- Sprinkle some oil on the sides to prevent the dosa from sticking.
- Cook on medium flame. (You don't need to flip the dosa)
- When the dosa becomes golden brown, remove from pan and transfer to the serving plate.
