Lasagna is to oven what bread is to butter but what if we gave you the recipe to skip the oven and make this lasagna on a stovetop? You have to try it to believe it! No boiling, no layering, nothing.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can = Diced tomatoes
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 8 oz farfalle pasta
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mozarella cheese grated
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tbsp parsley leaves chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan, stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, garlic powder and red pepper flakes, season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and stir in pasta and 2 cups water. Bring this to a boil and let the pasta cook through for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in all the cheese and cover it for 2-4 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley!
