Ingredients
- 5 cups vegetable broth
- 1 lb fettuccine
- 1 small onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 oz. roasted red pepper
- 1 oz. Roasted diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper optional
- black pepper to taste
- 4 oz. cream cheese

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the cream cheese in a large pot and stir to combine.
- Break the fettuccine and add it to the pot. Leave the pot to boil with a lid over it.
- Stir every couple of minutes . Once the pasta is tender, remove it from the heat and mix cream cheese into it. Serve hot!
